Hearts Content is luscious heavy cocktail at 3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy and 30ml benedictine with 30ml maraschino liqueur as well as 30ml parfait amour including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add brandy and benedictine and pour in the liqueur and amour. Shake well and strain into glass and add egg white and sugar to shaker then vigorously shake well until flufy and scoop fluffy mix on top and served in a wine glass cold.
