Method - Stirred - Cold

Add passion fruit pulp to martini glass.
Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until well mixed and cold.
Strain into glass over passion fruit pulp.
Garnish with hazelnuts.

Hazelnut Passion is pleasant tasting strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml hazelnut liqueur and 15ml passion fruit liqueur with 15ml vodka passion fruit absolut as well as 30ml passion fruit including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add passion fruit pulp to martini glass then place ice into mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well until well mixed and cold and strain into glass over passion fruit pulp and garnish with hazelnuts and served in a martini glass cold.
