Hayburn Wyke is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky and 30ml crabapple juice with 100ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just pack ice into glass then add in the crabapple juice and pour in the whisky and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
