Hawaiian Whisky Sour is beguiling very strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml okolehao nine islands and 15ml whisky duncan taylor with 15ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar coconut including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake until mixed. Pour everything into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
