Method - Poured - Room Temperature

Add honey to the sides of the glass.
Add all ingredients.
Top with splash of cider.
Serve lemon doughnut on the side.

Prosecco - Prosecco is an white wine made from Glera grapes formerly known also as Prosecco and stops forming bubbles soon after it is poured

Whiskey Glayva - Glayva is a honey and whisky flavour produced in Leith Edinburgh Scotland made with a range of spices tangerines cinnamon almonds and honey with a deep golden colour and a distinctive flavour.

Cider - Cider is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented juice of apples.

Honey - Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects through regurgitation enzymatic activity and water evaporation. Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.

Doughnut Lemon - Lemon doughnut deep fried from a flour dough with a heavy lemon scent of lemon oil and lemon zest.

Harvest Sparkle is yummy full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml prosecco and 30ml whiskey glayva with 30ml cider as well as 10ml honey and best with lunch. Just add honey to the sides of the glass then add all ingredients and top with splash of cider and serve lemon doughnut on the side and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
