Hard Yakka is uisce beil light in flavour cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum dark and 30ml sunrise lime juice with 230ml water and good with afternoon tea. Just pour dark rum into glass then add in the sunrise lime juice and stir in the water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
