Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Strain into glass.

Gin Dry Kensington - Gin Dry Kensington made from a combination of grains such as barley corn and rye and is triple distilled charcoal filtered and has hints of Juniper.

Lillet - Lillet classed as an aromatised white wine based aperitif with quinine from Podensac and is was first made in 1920.

Van Der Hum - KWV tangerine liqueur made from a five year blend of old potstill brandy wine distillate the peel of Cape tangerines herbs spices and seeds.

Bitters Peach - Peach flavoured bitters.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Happy Days is scrumptious very strong cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin dry kensington and 30ml lillet with 15ml van der hum as well as 10ml bitters peach including 10ml lemon juice also 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
