Handlebar is reviving heavy cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml parfait amour dekuyper and 30ml vodka vanilla mishka and good with afternoon tea. Just use ice cold glass then add scoop of ice cream into glass and pour over the vodka. Sprinkle in the parfait amour and drop spoon into glass and add bowl of praline on the side and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
