Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Julep strain into glass.

Curacao Blue Kavlana - Kavlana Blue Curacao is a orange flavored liqueur using only natural ingredients and made from fresh orange peel.

Amaretto - Amaretto is a sweet liqueur flavoured from benzaldehyde that provides the principal almond like flavour.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Bourbon - Bourbon is a type of spirit alcohol distilled from maize or corn and rye and can be aged and comes in a number of colors from dark to light.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Hammerhead is flavoursome very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml curacao blue kavlana and 30ml amaretto with 15ml rum gold amber as well as 15ml bourbon including 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and vigorously shake. Julep strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
