Halter is delectable watered down cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml wine white and 60ml egg cassowary with 90ml consomme langoustine and best with lunch. Just warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker then heat up the serving glass and pour wine into shaker. Pour in the warm consomme and crack in the egg and vigorously shake then hawthorne strain into glass and sprinkle langoustine roe on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
