Halleys Comfort is succulent quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml whiskey defiance and 40ml soda water with 30ml peach liqueur as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice cubes into long glass then add ounce of whiskey and pour in soda water. Drizzle peach liqueur on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
