Stir in salty beef tea.

Whisky Eimverk - Whisky Eimverk is made by Eimverk Distillery was founded in 2009 by brothers Egill and Hali Thorkelsson Floki Young Malt was their very first bottling.

Tea Beef - Beef Tea is made by sliceing beef and mixing with cold water then bring to the boil with a few cloves and a pinch of salt and simmer for one hour then strained well.

Salt Celery - Celery Salt is sodium chloride rubed with celery to release the oils from the celery into the salt with bits to give a strong celery scent.

Halifax is pleasurable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky eimverk and 60ml tea beef and good with afternoon tea. Just warm the beef tea then add whisky into earm glass and stir in salty beef tea and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
