Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Halicarnassus is inviting very strong cocktail at 2.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml raki altinbas and 40ml grapefruit juice with 10ml bitters grapefruit scrappys as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
