Method - Stirred - Cold

Place the ice into large style glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Pour into glass over ice.
Sprinkle blue curacao on top.

Stirred with 15ml gin butterfly pea tattarang springs and 15ml lemon juice with 70ml tonic soda as well as 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place the ice into large style glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Pour into glass over ice and sprinkle blue curacao on top and served in a highball glass cold.
