Fill glass with ice.
Add shot of gin.
Pour in orange juice.
Top with soda water.
Splash orange bitters on top.
Garnish with cogwheel of orange.

Built with 30ml gin tattarang springs and 30ml orange juice with 30ml soda water as well as 10ml bitters orange including 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then add shot of gin and pour in orange juice. Top with soda water and splash orange bitters on top and garnish with cogwheel of orange and served in a highball glass cold.
