Method - Poured - Cold

Pack ice into rocks glass.
Add in shot of dark rum.
Sprinkle in the sunrise lime juice
Top with pineapple soda.
Drinks well with a mince pie.

Rum Dark - Dark rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane by products such as molasses or honeys or directly from sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation.

Sunrise Lime Juice - Sunrise lime juice taken from sunrise lime where the pulp is pressed into a juice and has a bright sunshine color.

Pineapple Soda - Pineapple soda with the flavour of pineapple mixed into club soda.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pie Beef Mince - Mince Beef Pie is ground beef cooked in a sauce and lightly spices then placed in a puff pastry pie with lid then baked.

Group Captain is inspiriting above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum dark and 15ml sunrise lime juice with 45ml pineapple soda as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just pack ice into rocks glass then add in shot of dark rum and sprinkle in the sunrise lime juice. Top with pineapple soda and drinks well with a mince pie and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
