Method
  1. Rinse glass with absinthe.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  4. Vigorously shake.
  5. Strain into glass.

Gin Bluebird - Bluebird gin is distilled first from rye. It is then redistilled and vapor infused with botanicals and spices like juniper followed by an invigorating blend of cucumber and citric zest balanced by soft hints of exotic spices.

Absinthe Dabel Green Fairy - Green Fairy Dabel Absinthe is high alcohol by volume and contains the maximum amount of Thujone that is allowed and rich red color.

Green Deacon is scrummy heavy cocktail at 2.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin bluebird and 15ml gin sloe with 10ml absinthe dabel green fairy as well as 30ml grapefruit juice including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just rinse glass with absinthe then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Vigorously shake and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
