Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Prong strain into glass.

Gin Glendalough - Glendalough gin with fresh notes of juniper citrus pine cool and mellow at first rushing to nectareous summer flowers and hints of autumn fruits finally giving way to warm winter spices.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Grass Skirt is gorgeous robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin glendalough and 15ml orange liqueur with 20ml pineapple juice as well as 10ml grenadine including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Prong strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
