Method - Poured - Cold

Place the ice into glass.
Add in the whisky.
Pour in liqueur and rum.
Top with apple juice.

Whisky Hibiki - Hibiki whisky is a rare selection of whiskies finished in Sakura wood casks have been specially blended with diverse malt and grain whiskies well matured over many seasons to create this unique Hibiki.

Maple Liqueur - Maple Liqueur is made from the maple tree sap and blended with a spirit and come in sweet dry and cream versions.

Rum - Rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane byproducts such as molasses or directly from sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation a clear liquid is then usually aged in oak barrels.

Apple Juice - Apple juice is a fluid fruit juice made by the maceration and pressing of an apple into a fine sweet juice.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Grandbois is delightful very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky hibiki and 15ml maple liqueur with 15ml rum as well as 30ml apple juice including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place the ice into glass then add in the whisky and pour in liqueur and rum. Top with apple juice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
