Method
  1. Place half the ice into shaker.
  2. Pour ingredients into bar shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.

Grand Mai Tai is tasteful robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum appleton estate and 20ml orange liqueur grand marnier with 15ml orgeat syrup as well as 15ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place half the ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker and shake well. Pour everything into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
