Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into cocktail mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with round of seedless padrin chili.

Gin Le Tribute - Le Tribute Gin or Liquid Experience Tribute Gin.

Chili Padron - Padron chili also called Herbon peppers has 500 to 5000 scoville heat units and are a variety of peppers from the municipality of Padron in northwestern Spain.

Goya is delicioso quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin le tribute and 15ml lime juice with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into cocktail mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with round of seedless padrin chili and served in a martini glass cold.
