Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Slowly stir well until mixed.
  4. Pour every thing into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Goonhilly Downs is restoring average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum gold amber mt uncle and 20ml desert lime juice with 50ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and slowly stir well until mixed. Pour every thing into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
