Goonhilly is reviving very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum gold amber illegal tender and 30ml desert lime juice with 10ml desert lime syrup as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add a little ice to bar shaker then add all ingredients to bar shaker and quick shake to mix. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
