  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass over ice.

Goodbye Sign is flavourful full strength cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 25ml peppermint schnapps and 25ml brandy apricot rochelt with 10ml cognac as well as 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
