Golems is delectable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml arak golan heights and 15ml artichoke juice with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place the ice into glass then add shot of arak into glass and pour in artichoke juice. Top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
