Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Pour all into glass.
Garnish with pineapple.

Vodka - Vodka is a distilled beverage traditionally vodka is made through the distillation of cereal grains and or potatoes.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Goldmine is heavenly full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka and 15ml vermouth dry with 15ml lemon juice as well as 30ml pineapple juice including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and garnish with pineapple and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
