  1. Pack ice into glass.
  2. Add bitters to the edge of glass.
  3. Add gold tequila.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with wedge of lemon.

Gold Tequila Highball is succulent full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml tequila anejo tromba and 10ml bitters with 60ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just pack ice into glass then add bitters to the edge of glass and add gold tequila. Top with soda water and garnish with wedge of lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
