Gold Mind is mouth watering quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky scotch aberfeldy and 15ml galliano with 15ml sherry sweet as well as 10ml egg white including 10ml lime juice also 20ml lemon soda together with 200ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker, less soda. Shake well and rest and shake again then strain into glass over ice and top with lemon soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
