Method - Shaken - Warm

Warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
Pour whisky into shaker.
Add egg and honey.
Dry shake well.
Add heat cubes.
Shake well again.
Stir in hot milk.
Strain into glass.

Whisky Hobart - Hobart whisky with shortbreads apricot jam gingerbread and white chocolate and fresh fruits butterscotch apple pie and White Oak.

Egg - Whole egg with white and yoke used in cocktail making and is around 60g.

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Gogl Mogl is fajsues average cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky hobart and 30ml egg with 10ml honey as well as 80ml milk and best with egg dishes. Just warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker then pour whisky into shaker and add egg and honey. Dry shake well and add heat cubes and shake well again then stir in hot milk and strain into glass and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
