Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Goats Delight is delish quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml brandy klipdrift and 30ml cherry liqueur tamborine mountain with 10ml absinthe butterfly as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 25ml goats milk also 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and best served with goats cheese and crackers and served in a saucer glass cold.
