Method - Poured - Room Temperature

Add Julienne of veg into bottom of glass.
Place goats cheese into glass.
Pour in the arak.
Add wedges of pear into glass.
Sprinkle the bitters over cheese and pear.
Serve with crackers on the side.

Goat Canyon is dainty full bodied cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml arak al rayan and 10ml bitters pear kenny with 80ml cheese goat and had with cheese style dishes. Just add julienne of veg into bottom of glass then place goats cheese into glass and pour in the arak. Add wedges of pear into glass and sprinkle the bitters over cheese and pear and serve with crackers on the side and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
