Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Sabroso

Gin Passion - Passion gin spirit drink based on hydroalcoholic solution of cereals and juniper distillate expertly blended with passion fruit alcoholics such as papaja mango passion flower pineapple dragon fruit.

Vermouth Dry Belsazar - Belsazar Dry Vermouth from the Black Forrest in Southern Germany.

Pernod - Pernod was first made in 1805 by Henri Louis Pernod and is unsweetened aniseed flavoured liqueur.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Gloom Chaser is sabroso heavy cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml gin passion and 30ml vermouth dry belsazar with 10ml pernod as well as 10ml grenadine including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
