Global Switch is tasteful average cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 50ml vodka huckleberry koenig and 30ml jam huckleberry with 100ml ice as well as 10ml pimms no2 including 100ml pineapple smooth cayenne and best with morning tea snacks. Just cube pineapple and add to glass then sprinkle pimms on pineapple and add ice to shaker. Pour in the vodka and add the elderberry jam and vigorously shake then strain into glass over pineapple and serve with cocktail fork and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
