  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into glass.

Glad Eyes is bewitching full strength cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml pernod and 15ml peppermint schnapps avalanche blue with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
