Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
  3. Shake the hell out of it.
  4. Fine strain into glass.
  5. Delikat

Bitters Baska Snaps - Bittermens Baska Snaps is a style of bitter spirit is initially flavoured with caraway rhubarb liquorice and other botanicals to make an aquavit and then distilled wormwood is added before being sweetened with a little sugar.

Girl Pat is delikat heavy cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml whisky scottish leader and 20ml forbidden fruit with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml bitters baska snaps including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake the hell out of it. Fine strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
