Giniuint Caillte is achomharc a dheanamh full bodied cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml poitin john oconnells and 110ml tea with 10ml carrageen irish moss and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just warm glass and brew tea then place moss into glass and add the poitin spirit. Pour hot tea on top and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
