Method
  1. Place the ice into a tall glass.
  2. Pour in ginger soda.
  3. Drizzle a little whiskey on top.
  4. Drink with a toasted pork sandwich.

Ginger Soda Stick is lovely mild cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml whiskey scapegrace and 85ml ginger soda with 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place the ice into a tall glass then pour in ginger soda and drizzle a little whiskey on top and drink with a toasted pork sandwich and served in a highball glass cold.
