  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker, less soda.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Add soda.

Ginger Puff is invigorating smooth cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml ginger liqueur domaine de canton and 70ml milk with 70ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and shake well. Strain into glass and add soda and served in a goblet glass cold.
