Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Pour in gin.
Add lime juice.
Top with lemon soda.
Garnish with lemon.

Gin Spritz is scrumptious full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin bareksten and 10ml lime juice with 60ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to glass then pour in gin and add lime juice. Top with lemon soda and garnish with lemon and served in a highball glass cold.
