Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into bar mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir together until mixed.
Fine strain into wine glass.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Gin Sour Classic is dainty full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin melchers and 20ml sugar syrup with 20ml lemon juice as well as 50ml syphon vichy including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into bar mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir together until mixed. Fine strain into wine glass and served in a wine glass cold.
