Method
  1. Half fill glass with ice.
  2. Add gins.
  3. Add lime juice.
  4. Top with soda water or flat water.
  5. Dress with lime.
  6. Sharp Tonic

Gin Gimlet is sharp tonic full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin sloe spirit works and 30ml lime juice with 15ml gin dry farmers wife as well as 30ml soda water including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just half fill glass with ice then add gins and add lime juice. Top with soda water or flat water and dress with lime and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
