Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Pour in gin.
Add kina lillet made from quinine.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with lemon.

Built with 30ml gin butterfly pea mchenry and 10ml lillet kina with 50ml tonic water as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into glass then pour in gin and add kina lillet made from quinine. Top with tonic water and garnish with lemon and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
