Creme de Cacao

Cream

Ice

Nutmeg

25% Alcohol By Volume

1.8 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with nutmeg.

Gin Green Ant - Gin made from Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people.

Creme de Cacao - White creme de cacao is a sweet alcoholic cocoa bean chocolate liqueur flavoured.

Cream - Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization and one half of half and half.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Nutmeg - Nutmeg is the seed or ground spice of several species of the genus Myristica.

Gin Alexander is stunning robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin green ant and 15ml creme de cacao with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with nutmeg and served in a saucer glass cold.
