Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Gilbertus is heavenly full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml passion fruit liqueur dekuyper and 15ml peach liqueur pecher mignon with 30ml whisky collingwood as well as 40ml passion fruit juice including 10ml strawberry syrup also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
