Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Drinkable

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Vermouth Sweet - Sweet vermouth also called Italian Vermouth is a fortified wine with an alcohol content of around 16 percent and a sugar content of around 14 to 15 percent.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

German Bright is drinkable above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml apple schnapps lindenhof and 15ml barenjager with 10ml vermouth dry as well as 10ml vermouth sweet including 35ml pineapple juice also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
