Method - Stirred - Warm

Warm shaker and heat cubes.
Add all ingredients to warm shaker.
Quick shake then rest.
Shake well again.
Strain into glass.
Serve with smoked herring and bread.

Whiskey Irish Jameson Black - Jameson Black irish whiskey is triple distilled sweet grain whiskey which is then blended with a high proportion of select single Irish pot still whiskey.

Mayonnaise - Mayonnaise informally mayo is a thick cold condiment it is a stable emulsion of oil egg yolk and acid either vinegar or lemon juice.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Stirred with 30ml whiskey irish jameson black and 30ml mayonnaise with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml egg yolk and good to have with brunch. Just warm shaker and heat cubes then add all ingredients to warm shaker and quick shake then rest. Shake well again and strain into glass and serve with smoked herring and bread and served in a saucer glass warm.
