Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Gently stir.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with cherries.

Gentlemans Manhattan is lovely heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml whiskey clyde mays and 15ml vermouth sweet with 15ml vermouth dry as well as 10ml bitters including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with cherries and served in a martini glass cold.
