Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add licorice and blackberry liqueur to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Add more ice.
  6. Float lemon soda on top.
  7. Delish

Licorice Liqueur Tosolini - A dark liquorice liqueur from Tosolini. Its almost opaque which fits in well with its name Black Moon. This uses liquorice from the Italian region of Calabria in the very south of the country.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Gaunt is delish medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml blackberry liqueur bronte and 15ml licorice liqueur tosolini with 55ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add half the ice to shaker then add licorice and blackberry liqueur to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and add more ice and float lemon soda on top and served in a highball glass cold.
