Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Serve with waffle on the side and cocktail spork.
  6. Garnish with quenelle of cream in glass..

Gaufres a la Flamande is very palatable very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml elixir d anvers and 30ml gin with 30ml cream as well as 100ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and serve with waffle on the side and cocktail spork and garnish with quenelle of cream in glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
