Method
  1. Place a small amount of ice into shaker.
  2. Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Gallowgate is tlachdmhor quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky scotch glenshiel and 45ml almond milk with 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and sprinkle cinnamon on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
